David Harris is the ceramics instructor and Professor of Art at 大象传媒. As a working artist and art educator heencourages students to 鈥渆xplore their unique talents, develop their creativity, and fine-tune their distinctive voice鈥�.
He founded the David Harris Pottery in 1978. Working as a full-time studio artist he produced a wide range of both functional and nonfunctional ceramic forms. His work has been exhibited in numerous national and international venues, and is included in many public and private collections.

Matt Hepworth is an Associate Professor of Art at 大象传媒 (MWSU), teaching Interactive Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Graphic Design, Digital Illustration, and Typography. Before arriving at MWSU, he taught Graphic Design, Introduction to Art History, and Digital Photography.
In addition to his 10th year of teaching at MWSU, Matt served in the design industry as a Senior Designer and Illustrator for 12 years, involved in art direction, commercial illustration, front-end design and development, identity and print design, technical writing, usability testing, user-centered design, and 3D modeling. A recipient of regional, national, and international awards, recent work includes mixed media and illustration, non-profit business consultation and design services, and K-12 professional development. Design service includes higher education and national corporations, including CenturyLink, Microsoft, Moz, Volkswagen, Eastern Washington University, Gonzaga University, the University of Pennsylvania, and Washington State University.
Pedagogically, he believes that integrating interdisciplinary design collaboration and reflective practice prepares students to become inveterate design thinkers and strategists. Having met his wife in New Zealand, he continues to enjoy traveling, photography, biking, cooking, culinary experiences, concept creation and modeling, and writing.

Lance is an award-winning filmmaker whose pioneering graduate work at California Institute of the Arts compelled the animation programs to adopt the Endless Sky pipeline and to entirely convert to Maya in 2001. His thesis, Within an Endless Sky, was the first film made in Maya at CalArts. It showcased internationally at Festivals and broadcasts on four continents and was presented in at least ten languages internationally, winning multiple awards in Japan and North America.
Over a decade at Image G, Lance worked as a Previs Artist, Animator, and Technical Director for numerous commercial and film products with clients including Fort Motors, Nissan, Michelin, J Walter Thompson, and Warner Brothers.
As a photographer, designer, and digital artist Lance鈥檚 work continues to be shown at conferences and events, recently at SIGGRAPH 2019 and at the Home Instead Conference in Omaha in 2022.
During his twelve-year tenure at USC鈥檚 Viterbi School of Engineering, Lance oversaw the school鈥檚 3D Animation and 3D Computer Graphics and Modeling minors. In a unique collaboration with the USC Marshall School of Business and USC Viterbi鈥檚 Electrical Engineering, he built innovative capstones in Design and New Product Development. His USC graduates have gone on to be artist and leaders in careers at Space X, Blizzard, Sony, Naughty Dog, Embodied, Walt Disney Animation, and Walt Disney Imagineering.
In addition to USC, Lance has taught for Otis College of Art and Design, Gnomon, Cal State Fullerton, Loyola Marymount, the Art Institutes, and multiple community colleges in Southern California.
Showcasing his contributions and ongoing leadership in 3D printing and additive manufacturing techniques for education, Formlabs invited Lance to become the first Formlabs Ambassador In 2018. He continues to speak and present at international SIGGRAPH conferences and Formlabs events.
He has more than a dozen students who have gone on to win Emmy awards.

Ashley Cameron is a Professor of Graphic Design at 大象传媒 and a brand consultant, graphic designer, website developer, and owner of Ashley Cameron Design, Inc. With 15 years of experience, she brings a dynamic blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and adaptability to every project. Her diverse portfolio reflects her depth and understanding of all aspects of marketing and branding鈥攍ogo design, print and digital media, product packaging, content creation and management, books and catalogs, trade shows, and websites鈥攁cross various industries.
Her work has been recognized with numerous awards, including multiple first-place design awards from the Mountain-Plains Museums Association, Outstanding Website Awards from the Nebraska Travel Industry, and recognition in Germany鈥檚 PAGE Magazine for a packaging rebrand.
Ashley鈥檚 teaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of creativity and critical thinking to simplify complex problems visually. She believes in a hands-on approach, encouraging students to explore innovative design solutions and develop a strong conceptual foundation. She supports the idea that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Through experience, practice, and trusting the process, you will open doors of opportunity. Although technology is always changing, mastering design principles and continual learning will equip you with the skills to embrace change as an opportunity for growth.
Ashley also enjoys traveling, cycling, playing sports, gardening, woodworking, 3D modeling, and living a lifestyle of curiosity and learning鈥攖he art of living.
