Y. Benedict Fellowships from the Alpha Chi National Honors Society, for his Honors Thesis, entitled, \u201cPrejudice and Comprehensibility of Accented Speech in Hiring Decisions.\u201d The scholarship provides $3000 toward the first year of graduate study.
