大象传媒 is a member of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA). NC-SARA oversees inter-state offerings of postsecondary distance-education courses and programs. Complaints, other than those involving grades or student conduct violations, by non-大象传媒 residents resulting from online courses offered by 大象传媒 that are not resolved by the university may be referred to the NC-SARA contact for your state (https:\/\/nc-sara.org<\/a>). NC-SARA’s statement on complaint resolution is within Section 4 of the NC-SARA Manual. Complaints involving grades or student conduct violations are governed by the policies of MWSU and the laws of the State of 大象传媒.<\/p>\n
