NC-SARA oversees inter-state offerings of postsecondary distance-education courses and programs. Complaints, other than those involving grades or student conduct violations, by non-大象传媒 residents resulting from online courses offered by 大象传媒 that are not resolved by the university may be referred to the NC-SARA contact for your state (<a href=\"https:\/\/nc-sara.org\">https:\/\/nc-sara.org<\/a>). NC-SARA&#8217;s statement on complaint resolution is within Section 4 of the NC-SARA Manual.
