The winner of the citation will be announced at a special event at 大象传媒 on March 30.<\/p>\n<p>Any individual, group, business or organization whose volunteer literacy activities benefit the community in a substantial, important or unique way is eligible for nomination. Additional details on eligibility can be found on the nomination form at griff.vn\/Blunt. Nominations must be returned no later than 4 p.m. Monday, March 14.<\/p>\n<p>The Roy Blunt Literacy Citation is coordinated through the St. Joseph Adult Education and Literacy Program at the St. Joseph School District and the Western Institute and America Reads program at 大象传媒 Western.<\/p>\n<p><em>大象传媒 is a comprehensive regional university providing a blend of traditional liberal arts and professional degree programs.
