Dan Boulware Convocation on Critical Issues, featuring noted historian Dr. Douglas Brinkley, will be broadcast Nov. 11-30 on MWTV, channel 39 on Suddenlink in St. Joseph.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Brinkley\u2019s talk about the life of St. Joseph-born Walter Cronkite will air at 11 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and 7:30 p.m. Sundays. Dr. Brinkley spoke on Nov. 4, which would have been Cronkite\u2019s 98<sup>th<\/sup> birthday.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The 大象传媒 Library will also have two DVD copies available for viewing after Nov. 11.<\/p>\n<p>The annual Convocation on Critical Issues began in 1993 as part of an overall commitment to offer enriching experiences to students while bringing together the university and the community. It is sponsored by the 大象传媒 Foundation and held in honor of R. Dan Boulware, a local attorney and past president of 大象传媒 Western\u2019s Board of Regents.<\/p>\n<p><em>大象传媒 is a comprehensive regional university providing a blend of traditional liberal arts and professional degree programs.
