New students are inducted each semester, and each inductee nominates a significant faculty member for the Compass Award.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For the fall 2025 semester, twelve undergraduate and seven graduate students were inducted, along with a faculty member honored for her significant contribution to the chapter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Undergraduate Inductees:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Beverly Ard, Nursing;
