\"aacsbFeb. 15, 2022–The Steven L. Craig School of Business at 大象传媒 has extended its business accreditation by AACSB International through 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAACSB accreditation is an indicator that the Craig School of Business has met the highest standards in business education,\u201d said Dr. Elizabeth Kennedy, 大象传媒 Western\u2019s president. \u201cThe faculty and staff of CSB are to be congratulated for continuing to serve our students with excellence.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

A total of 926 institutions across 60 countries and territories have earned AACSB accreditation in business.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAACSB congratulates each institution on their achievement,\u201d said Stephanie M. Bryant, executive vice president and chief accreditation officer of AACSB. \u201cEvery AACSB-accredited school has demonstrated a focus on excellence in all areas, including teaching, research, curricula development, and student learning. The intense peer-review process exemplifies their commitment to quality business education.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Achieving accreditation is a process of rigorous internal focus, engagement with an AACSB-assigned mentor, and peer-reviewed evaluation. During this multiyear path, schools focus on developing and implementing a plan to align with AACSB\u2019s accreditation standards. These standards require excellence in areas relating to strategic management and innovation; student, faculty, and staff as active participants; learning and teaching; and academic and professional engagement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

大象传媒 Western was first accredited by AACSB International in 2010. It is one of only 13 schools in 大象传媒 to be accredited. The others accredited include: Drury University, 大象传媒 State University, 大象传媒 University of Science and Technology, Rockhurst University, St. Louis University, Southeast 大象传媒 State University, Truman State University, University of Central 大象传媒, University of 大象传媒-Columbia, University of 大象传媒-Kansas City, University of 大象传媒-St. Louis and Washington University in St. Louis.<\/span><\/p>\n
