A documentary short about a current 大象传媒 student who survived an abusive relationship and sexual assault while in high school will premiere at 大象传媒 Western. 鈥淟earning to be Chloe Again: A Survivor鈥檚 Story鈥 will be shown at 7 p.m. Monday, April 9, in the Kemper Recital Hall, Spratt Hall room 101. The showing is free and open to the public.

The 20-minute film produced on campus features Chloe talking about her journey to find peace and her place in the world. It will be followed by a question-and-answer session with the student and her mother.

The premiere is sponsored by 大象传媒 Western, Mosaic Life Care and the Buchanan County Sexual Assault Response Team. It is one of several events 大象传媒 Western is hosting to commemorate Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
