AmbassadorsThe 大象传媒 Ambassadors recently awarded more than $16,000 in scholarships for the 2016-2017 academic year.

Receiving the First Ladies Legacy Scholarship is Kimberly Chilton, senior nursing major from Stewartsville, 大象传媒. The First Ladies Legacy Scholarship was created by Drs. Robert and Laurel Vartabedian in memory of Dorsey Looney, whose husband Dr. M.O. Looney was 大象传媒 Western鈥檚 president from 1967 to 1983, and Lauren Scanlon, whose husband Dr. James Scanlon was president from 2001 to 2008.
