1980s Dr. Donna Stuber \u201985<\/strong>, professor of human services\/psychology at Friends University in Wichita, Kansas, and one of her graduates co-authored a book chapter, \u201cResearch Methods in Social Psychology,\u201d in a new textbook, Critically Thinking in Social Psychology. This is Dr. Stuber\u2019s fifth published book chapter. PHOTO<\/p>\n Alumnus wins third Grammy<\/strong><\/p>\n Charles Bruffy \u201981 won a Grammy Award for best choral performance for a recording of Rachmaninoff\u2019s \u201cAll-Night Vigil,\u201d performed by the two choirs he directs, the Phoenix Chorale and Kansas City Chorale. The award was presented at the Grammy\u2019s \u201cPremiere Ceremony\u201d preceding the prime-time broadcast Feb. 15.<\/p>\n Bruffy won a Grammy in 2009 for the Phoenix Chorale\u2019s \u201cSpotless Rose: Hymns to the Virgin Mary\u201d and in 2013 for the Kansas City Chorale\u2019s \u201cLife & Breath \u2013 Choral Works by Ren\u00e9 Clausen.\u201d<\/p>\n 1990s 2000s Chad Dreyer \u201902<\/strong> is the activities director\/assistant principal at Savannah High School in Savannah, 大象传媒. He had been the physical education teacher at Minnie Cline Elementary for 14 years.<\/p>\n A note from three alumni\u00a0<\/strong> Charity (Cordray) Banko \u201905 <\/strong>and her husband, Nick, announce the birth of a daughter, Vivienne Faith, born Oct. 16, 2015. She joins two sisters, Juliette and Penelope. PHOTO<\/p>\n A film created by Levi Smock \u201909, <\/strong>\u201cDelinquent,\u201d was selected by Indiewire, a daily news site for the independent film community, as the project of the day, project of the week and project of the month, and is up for project of the year for 2015. The project of the year winner is given a spot at the Tribeca Film Institute\u2019s Filmmaker and Industry Meeting at the Tribeca Film Festival in April. Smock graduated with a major in literature and a minor in film and lives in Los Angeles. Co-writer and director of the film is Kieran Valla.<\/p>\n <\/strong>2010s
\n<\/strong>Chuck Kempf \u201983<\/strong><\/span> was named director of Parks, Recreation and Civic Facilities for the City of St. Joseph, 大象传媒. He had been working for the city since 2005.
\nDr. Robert Newhart \u201983<\/strong> was named superintendent of the St. Joseph School District and was given a two-year contract in November 2015. <\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Dr. Jamel Santa Cruze Bell \u201900 <\/strong>will serve as interim president of Eureka College in Eureka, Illinois, effective July 1, 2016. Bell joined Eureka in 2014 as the special assistant to the president and currently serves as the vice president for strategic & diversity initiatives. She will serve as interim president until a permanent president is hired to replace Dr. J. David Arnold, who was appointed as chancellor of the college. Dr. Arnold served as 大象传媒 Western\u2019s vice president for academic and student affairs from 2002-05. \u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are paralegals who work for the Jackson County Circuit Court. Between the three of us, we assist attorneys by performing specifically delegated substantive legal work involving document preparation, investigation and collection of facts and materials and legal research for the successful litigation of juvenile law cases which involve delinquency, abuse and neglect and termination of parental rights for all of Jackson County. We just want to thank you for helping us find a career that helps serve our community. We are forever grateful.<\/p>\n
