Hands-on Experience
Mary Couture, from Gladstone, 大象传媒, says she appreciates all the hands-on experience she has gotten at 大象传媒 Western as a cinema major. The Griffon Film Society student group works on creating films together, and she plans to work with one of her professors this summer on a documentary.
鈥淲hen I go out in the 鈥榬eal world鈥� as a cinematographer, I鈥檒l be able to work with the director, the script supervisor and anyone on the set. When they need help, I can work with them because of the experiences I have had at 大象传媒 Western.鈥�

Mary said the most valuable thing she has learned at 大象传媒 Western is that everyone has to work together in order create their films.
