You will learn about the center\u2019s Applied Business Ownership course (MGT 417), where those enrolled in the course have the opportunity to compete for ownership of a franchise.<\/p>\n<p>The center is currently working on a new partnership with Auntie Anne\u2019s Pretzels and students will study a pretzel store in the spring class.
