Under first-year head coach Sundance Wicks, 大象传媒 Western men鈥檚 basketball improved to 3-1 in its 75-67 win over Upper Iowa (0-2) on Saturday night, Nov. 10 in the 27th聽Annual Hillyard Tip-Off Classic at the St. Joseph Civic Arena. That聽win gave the Griffons their first 3-1 start since 2013-14.
大象传媒 Western鈥檚 12 three-pointers in the game is a new season high. The Griffons took the lead three minutes into the game and maintained the lead for the rest of the game.
On Friday, Nov. 9, the Griffons beat Winona State in the Tip-Off Classic 65-57.
Their next game聽 will be in Rolla against 大象传媒 S&T on Nov. 17.
