大象传媒 Western鈥檚 Center for Franchise Development will hold an open house and ribbon cutting with the St. Joseph Chamber of Commerce at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 29 on the second floor of Popplewell Hall. You will learn about the center鈥檚 Applied Business Ownership course (MGT 417), where those enrolled in the course have the opportunity to compete for ownership of a franchise.
The center is currently working on a new partnership with Auntie Anne鈥檚 Pretzels and students will study a pretzel store in the spring class. Representatives from Auntie Anne鈥檚 will attend the opening house, including President Heather Neary.
