To honor his commitment to establishing a four-year college in St. Joseph, the circular drive around the 大象传媒 Western campus was named for him. The John E. Downs spring exhibit explores Downs\u2019 life, including his military service, political career, civic awards and contributions to 大象传媒 Western.
